Thank You, Phil
Most of you will already know Phil, as he’s been at the helm of the Mosset brigade for many years. What you might not know, though, is just how much he puts into the Mosset.
Phil doesn’t just lead and work alongside our brilliant team of chefs and porters — he’s an integral part of what makes the Mosset what it is.
He consistently goes above and beyond. From hosting quizzes and delivering bespoke functions at very short notice, to looking after the needs of our front of house team, contributing to our business strategy and, more often than people realise, making personal sacrifices for the sake of his team and the business. He continues to create exciting and compelling menus that keeps guests returning.
He gives so much, and that commitment is a huge part of why the Mosset continues to grow and evolve, even after all these years.
So Phil, from everyone at the Mosset — but especially from me — thank you.
