It’s my customers who make the choices and this is a great example-check out this vegan Black Forest gateau 😍

I ended up doing 2 of these for different people within a week of each other and it’s nice to have a new addition to the menu.

In the middle was a juicy surprise of cherry jam followed by cherries sat in a homemade cherry syrup, waiting to be devoured!

Been meaning to do this combo for ages and ages and finally I got prompted to from a lovely repeat customer!

Inside there’s a homemade pineapple filling, there’s pineapple and coconut blended into the sponge, and coconut in the fluffy icing. All topped off and adorned with dried pineapple pieces, toasted coconut flakes and toasted desiccated coconut. A delicate fruity combo 🍍🥥☀️
