Wales Triathlon athletes, assemble 🦸🤝🔥

Whether you’re taking part in the triathlon, sprint triathlon, half marathon, 10k or 5k, this post is for you !! 🏃🚴‍♀️🏊

We at Cove Corner have got you covered all weekend, some would say we are the unofficial athlete HQ. 🫡

Starting off with the shakeout run hosted by cove run club members:

📅 Friday 5th of June @ 6pm
🍕Followed by a team carb load in the form of discounted pizza.

This will be a short, easy run to loosen up the legs and ease the nerves surrounded by people in the same boat.

Then onto our pre race breakfast specials:

📅 Saturday 6th of June from 8am onwards.
🥞 Race day specific breakfast. Options to be released closer to the time.
🚨 20% off Breakfast and coffee for all athletes participating.

May be some freebies chucked in there too 🤪

Wowza! Bank holiday was absolutely bonkers to say the least 🫠

Folk festival, 2 cruise ships, run club, 30 degrees, bank holiday, half term, record numbers on food & coffee, and the staff managed to pull through with a smile on there face (just about😅) !!

Amongst the chaos we even managed to squeeze in a cheeky staff BBQ, with a few well deserved cocky t's 🍹🌞

Thanks to everyone who popped in and for your patience amongst the busy rushes 🥹 Pumped & ready for summer carnage now letsssss gooooo 🤟
