Today marks 1 whole year since we opened our doors.🎉 ONE YEAR OF BRUSCHETTA 🎉
and what a year it’s been.

Thank you to every single person who has walked through our doors and sampled our lovely food. Your support, kind words, and loyalty have meant everything to us.

But most of all, thank you to my amazing staff who were there right from the very beginning, and to everyone working behind the scenes. From washing tea towels, arranging and moving furniture, installing electrics, helping set up, and doing all the little jobs nobody sees — Bruschetta could not have done it without you all.

This place was built with hard work, support, and a lot of love, and I’m incredibly grateful to every single person who has been part of the journey.

Here’s to year two 🍾❤️.
