🦖🐲🦕Table of the week is.....Dinosaurs and Dragons

This weeks theme ties in well with our dragon clay workshops with Jan Middleditch at Muddy Hag that have been going on.
And if you did the first dragon workshop a few weeks ago......they have been fired and are now available to collect at the shop. So pleased with them 😍

Fancy joining them in the morning? Meeting at the beach in front of The ARK Felixstowe
We had a lovely lady come to the shop today and drop off some squares off to give you as she cannot make it.
People are so kind 🫶

🧶 STITCHES BY THE SEA 🏖️
Join us for a relaxing morning of crochet, knitting, and community by the sea!
We'll be meeting by the beach out the front The Ark, Felixstowe, to crochet and knit squares that will be sewn together into blankets for local people in need as part of the Craft Forward Blanket Initiative.
Whether you're an experienced crafter or have never picked up a hook before, everyone is welcome. Come along to learn a new skill, meet new people, enjoy the fresh sea air, and help create something meaningful for our Felixstowe community.
📅 Saturday 8th August
🕙 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
📍 Outside The Ark, Felixstowe
What to bring
* A blanket to sit on
🧶 Your own yarn/wool if you'd like to use it.
🪝 Crochet hooks or knitting needles if you have them.
No supplies? No problem! Some yarn and crochet hooks will be available to borrow, and beginners are very welcome.
Refreshments & Supplies
The Ark has a wonderful selection of yarn and craft materials available to purchase, along with delicious teas, coffees, and tasty treats—perfect for a little crafting break!
Weather Plan ☔
If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll simply move inside The Ark, so the event will go ahead rain or shine.
Bring a friend, your current project, or just yourself—we'd love to see you there as we craft together for a great cause.
💙 Follow the Blankets for Felixstowe Facebook and Instagram pages for event updates, weather announcements, and future community crafting events.
Together, one square at a time, we can create blankets that bring warmth, comfort, and kindness to our Felixstowe community.
