Saturday's guest sourdoughs are Einkorn made from heritage grain which is grown for its quality. It has a distinctive tangy taste and flavoursome crust. We also have our butternut squash and thyme sourdough and our very popular San Fransisco sourdough. Don't forget we also have our regular Saturday loaves as well as freshly baked Danish and buns!

Monday- Granary sourdough loaf and Chia bread
Tuesday- Grand Blanc sourdough loaf, Dark Dutch rye bread and Multigrain sourdough
Wednesday- Rustic sourdough, Toasted barley and sunflower sourdough and Triple wholemeal sourdough
Thursday- Grand Blanc sourdough and Triple wholemeal sourdough
Friday- Levain sourdough and Multigrain sourdough
Saturday - All our usual Saturday sourdoughs and loaves plus guest speciality breads which change weekly
