A little behind-the-scenes from this week..

We have lots going on, plenty of new dishes hitting the menu, over 20 wines on by the glass & a secret Truro event in the works 🤫

It’s getting to that time of year when booking becomes essential but we make it as easy as possible, you can reserve through Instagram or the website.

We always save a table or two in the courtyard for walk-ins, but they fill up fast.

We hope to see you soon for snacks, a tipple or dinner in the courtyard.

On the menu this week,
Pan Roasted Boscastle Trout, Smoked Cod’s Roe, Pickled Cucumber & Dill, Torched Cornish Octopus with Ro@esco Sauce, Parsley & Shallot Salad, Pan Fried Gnocchi with Cornish Goats Cheese and of course crab fritters, always.

What a weekend, we had so much fun swaying along to the shanties with you all.

Normal service now resumes & we’ve got plenty of new things on the menu.
Super fresh Boscastle trout on the mains with Smoked Cod’s Roe, Pickled Cucumber & Dill + tender Pork Loin, Apple Puree, Braised Chicory & Brandy Raisins.

There’s plenty of outdoor tables available for walk-ins this week for you to join us for snacks, a tipple or dinner in the courtyard.

The last of this season’s asparagus being prepped for tonight’s gnocchi..

We have lots of new dishes coming next week as the season changes, we’ve spied courgette flowers in the fields, the start of the aubergine & tomato season and as the spring tides ebb there’s a much wider variety of fish being brought in.
We can’t wait to see what June brings.

This is how the bank holiday looks at Mine.

Slow courtyard dinners as the sun sets, cold Cornish wine, Octopus caught right off the bay, Spring-y Gnocchi made with local cheese, Honey Cake, rhubarb & custard.

We’re open from 6pm tonight with plenty of outdoor space available for walk-ins. Stop by for a glass, a snack or dinner.
