The secret to the perfect fruit syrup. 🍓✨

Did you know that frozen fruit is great for making syrups? Flash frozen fruits will be at peak ripeness and will have locked in loads of delicious flavour. We make osmosis syrups using frozen fruit to get the best flavour extraction. 

It is super simple to make at home. Just weigh out your frozen fruit, add the sugar to a sealable container, give it a good shake, and leave it in the fridge until the liquid pulls out. We are using raspberries for this one, but you can use strawberries or blueberries or any flash frozen fruit to switch things up. 👇

Introducing our new breakfasts!

You can finally start your weekends a little earlier by the water. Starting this Saturday and Sunday, breakfast is ready for you from 9am to 11:30am.

The kitchen team has kept things simple to make sure the menu is exactly what you want in the morning. You can expect fresh pastries, avocado on toast, and plenty of really good coffee. There are also £5 Bloody Marys using vodka from Colwith Farm waiting for you if you need a proper weekend treat.

We know so many of you have been asking for this and we would love to see you down on the square for the launch. Walk ins are always welcome, so please pop down this weekend and find your new morning spot.

We are so excited for August.

Getting our Sunday music sessions going again was a huge goal for us this year, and we cannot wait to see the square full of music. Have a quick look at the video to see who is playing over the next few weeks.
