The quiche is made with a light buttery pastry, filled with locally sourced salmon from our suppliers at , fresh dill and creamy egg custard made with eggs from 🥚 Our local ingredients have then been baked until golden to create a delicate savoury quiche that celebrates the flavour of local salmon! 😋 This dish is served with our renowned homemade coleslaw, a side salad fresh of tomato’s, carrots and peppers served on a bed of leaves which can be topped with lemon juice 🍋🥗
