We are absolutely thrilled to have been announced as finalists for the British Burger Awards 2026, particularly considering the strength of the competition here in the East of England.
We are tucked away in the middle of nowhere, rather than being in a major town or city. It makes the recognition all the more special and is something our whole team is incredibly proud of.
A huge amount of the credit has to go to our Head Chef Ken, for his commitment to developing our burger selection. He is constantly working on new ideas and ways of improving what we do, alongside our extensive lunch and breakfast menus and our extremely popular Sunday roasts, events and functions.
The timing of this news couldn't be better for us. Following our recent burglary, and with how challenging things continue to be for so many businesses in the hospitality industry, it is fantastic to have something really positive to shout about.
We're also about to launch our new winter menu, so there is plenty happening at The Good The Bad And The Hungry. We are looking forward to introducing some new dishes while continuing to develop the things you already love.
