ONLINE ORDERING INFORMATION
We are aware of technical issues when trying to place an order. This is only happening to a small minority of customers, and most orders are going through as normal without issue. If you do experience any issues, please follow the steps below before contacting us:
- If you see a message with “please enter a valid telephone number”, please ensure that the leading 0 is entered as part of the number, as this will resolve the issue.
- If you experience a message saying “hang tight, we’re almost there” for a long period of time, please reload the page. This will then load your basket as normal.
We kindly ask that customers please check that they have a confirmation text/email before contacting us, as orders only come through to us after confirmations are sent. If you do not receive this confirmation, your order will not have gone through and you will not have been charged.
The ordering and payments functionality of the website is provided by Square, and is therefore out of our control in terms of any issues that occur.
For Square's service status, please visit www.issquareup.com and scroll to "Square Online". If this is highlighted green, then the site is working and will be accepting orders as normal.
