Summer is coming, and with it a brand-new summer menu launching tomorrow 🌿

Bringing together fresh ingredients, vibrant flavours and dishes designed for long, relaxed days by the sea, our menu’s are led by Director and Head of Food Andy Briggs, whose creativity and global influences shape everything we serve throughout the year.

As Andy says, “It’s a great time of year for food, and luckily for me I’m thinking about the warmer months well in advance. I’m constantly creating dishes in my head, researching ideas and taking inspiration from all over the world.”

That inspiration can be seen throughout our new menu, from Australian-inspired bircher muesli and Saigon-style chargrilled lemongrass pork with broken rice and crispy fried egg, to a classic lemon posset with macerated raspberries and shortbread crumble.

Designed to be inclusive, relaxed and full of flavour, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We can’t wait to welcome you.

We’ve been busy behind the scenes getting ready for summer. ☀️

New flavours, familiar favourites, a few exciting upgrades, and some surprises are all on the way.

We’ve been working on a menu that celebrates the season ahead, bringing together fresh ingredients, vibrant dishes, and everything you’ll want to enjoy throughout the summer months.

Keep your eyes peeled…. we can’t wait to share what’s coming next.

The World Cup is coming to Heydays.⚽️🥅

We’ll be showing the matches live, with burgers, loaded nachos and bar bites available until half-time so you can settle in for the game.

After a day on the beach in this half term heatwave, join us for the perfect midweek treat, great burgers, seaside views, and an evening off from cooking.

Not ready to leave the beach? We’ve also got a variety of dishes available on our click & collect menu. Order online, pick up from Heydays on the Sideshore, and enjoy your food right where you left off on the beach 👀

Bank Holiday + half term at Heydays 🌊

The weather’s looking like it’s finally playing ball (fingers crossed for plenty of sunshine on the coast ☀️), so we’re making the most of it and staying open all weekend for you.

Whether you’re visiting, popping by, or starting your day with us, breakfast at Heydays, Swim and Rise is all about food done properly - the kind of plates that set you up for whatever’s ahead.

Farm Breakfast:
Sausage, smoked streaky bacon, roasted mushroom, slow roasted tomato, house beans, free range egg, toast.

Field Breakfast:
Roasted mushroom, slow roasted tomato, smashed avocado, house beans, sauté potatoes, free range egg, toast.

Our meat at just down the road at Heydays, and from trusted local butchers at and . All served with bread freshly baked by local bakery . We also have gluten free options!

Served every day, 9–11am - the perfect thing to set you up for your day.

Can’t go wrong with a proper breakfast.
