For any of you who have dined with us in the last 5 years, you’ll recognise this face. A core member of the Sabatini Family, Jason has been serving customers with passion, knowledge and the occasional bad joke since not long after we opened our doors.

Mostly known for his youthful sense of character and impeccable customer interactions, a true building block of the foundation that we’ve grown to build.

Today marks the day that we say goodbye to Jason, as he sets off on the adventure of a lifetime. Travelling solo to the other side of the world.

All of us here at Sabatini are going to miss him dearly, and we know some of the familiar faces who have also grown to love him in the past 5 years will too!

Good luck Jason, just remember there will always be a home at 16 Catherine Street if you don’t enjoy retirement too much! ❤️
