Small rant guys....😅😅
Regarding today's strange comments on this poster...(which we posted almost a MONTH ago - see when you click on the original post)
We are reposting to show you all and to raise awareness of just the sort of unfortunate comments that small businesses have to deal with online.
While we NEVER mean to cause offence, it just sometimes reaches a point where one must stand up for theirselves and just simply say this: if you cannot be kind then refrain from saying anything at all.
Obviously no offence was ever meant to anyone and anyone who knows us would realise that we would NOT want to upset anyone but this doesn't mean we are not prepared to stand up for ourselves and what we believe in.
Four hard working generations of our family have lived in this part of beautiful Devon - so we are perfectly able to say we would NOT do anything to potentially harm our surroundings 🥹
Apologies to our friends at Courtneys for all this drama regarding our collaborative post 😬
BUT we feel hard working country bumpkins must stay strong towards those who wish to cause small businesses totally unnecessary detriment.
And to think this is just a small amount of what we have to put up with...🙄
As you all know we support everything local AND try to limit our effect on the environment while STILL retaining our quality standard as we believe that without backing British farmers, there would be NO food - more specifically quality MEAT and veg to feed our families- at all 🚜🩷
We hope that this resonates with other small local businesses like ourselves, as we want to stand up for you all and make you feel SEEN as people for the hard work you all do.🙌💚
That being said...we hope to see lots of you at a proper countryside festival 🥰🥰
In a world where you can be anything, be kind (but equally don't ever let others bring you down) 🩷
