Tomorrow is the big day!!
The first run of my 232 Challenge..

Hello All,
In 2024 I am fund raising for the Moter Neuron Disease Association. I am running 5 events between January and May covering 232 miles and over 35,000ft of hills, my final event being the Rob Burrows Leeds Marathon on Sunday 12th May.
In 2023 my Dad was diagnosed with MND and the MNDA are doing an amazing job supporting him and many other affected people. Please support me where you can by donating and/or coming along and cheering me on at one of the runs!

After an 20 amazing years we have taken the decision to close Rod and Ben's. We have loved making Honest, Tasty and Proudly Organic soup and our business was made all the better because of you, our amazing customers.

I received an email this morning titled "Feedback concerning Rod and Bens Chicken Soup". The word concerning had me worried and I thought "oh no" but oh my lordy I smiled from ear to ear once I read it. Thank you so much Stuart.
"I am emailing you to congratulate you on your Chicken Soup that my sister brought me recently. I am 73 years years old and because of health problems I have to watch what I eat and drink. I was a little apprehensive at first but your soup looked so inviting I had to have a taste. The only problem was that our 12 year old granddaughter Alicia, who was here at the time, took a shine to it as well and asked if she could have a taste. Well it seems that she can't count because instead of a taste she must have had two or three tastes. Then wanted to take the rest home for later. I tried to stop her but it caused tantrums and tears. (Most of them were mine!) I was the one that ended up having a taste.

Thank you very much for your absolutely delicious chicken soup. I only had a taste but it was well worth it. Keep up the good work.
