We’ve photographed Cream on Jam and Jam on Cream although secretly, being in Devon, we may have a preference :)

We’ve been completely overwhelmed by the number of applications we received for our recent vacancy at The Dovetail Café.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to apply and to those who shared our post. We are incredibly grateful for the interest in joining our little team.

George is now working our way through the applications and we look forward to introducing our newest team member very soon.

In July, our door from the cafe to The Apple Pit opened, giving you another lovely spot to sit outside under cover and enjoy a coffee, cake or something from the café.

And there’s more… we added extra tables and chairs to the courtyard, giving you even more space to sit, relax and enjoy the sunshine.

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic new person to join our team at The Dovetail Café!

Set within the heart of The Antique Village in Hele, The Dovetail Café serves great coffee, delicious cakes and light lunches.
We’re surrounded by beautiful antiques, vintage finds and plenty of lovely customers. We’re dog friendly too!

☕️Various shift options available
☕️Saturday availability
☕️Coffee experience would be fantastic, but it’s not essential
☕️Starting soon

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and enjoys working with people. Whether you’re already experienced behind the coffee machine or simply have a passion for great service and are keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
