CAFE ASSISTANT WANTED!

We are looking for a enthusiastic, hard-working Cafe Assistant (Ages 16+) to join our friendly team.
If you love a bustling environment and want a flexible role, we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing:
Serving delicious food and drinks to our wonderful customers 🥪☕
Clearing tables and keeping the cafe looking spotless ✨
Helping out with washing up and kitchen support 🧼

The Hours & Shifts:Minimum 2 shifts per week
(1-2 weekdays + 1 weekend shift).
Weekday hours: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Perfect for after school/college!)
Weekend hours: Saturday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR Sunday 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (on a rotating basis).
More hours available during school holiday periods! 🎒

We are looking to recruit a Supervisor to work opposite to the managers to ensure the smooth operation of our busy business within Evesham Leisure Centre when we are not on site.
The role will be for 25+ hours per week on a rota basis, benefits and hourly rate depending on experience up to £14 per hour.
The role will require you to be present whilst we are not on shift and will involve week day evening shifts 2-7.30pm, and weekends. Please see our page for opening hours etc.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Hospitality and looking for a leadership role. Hands on approach to working with your team, and skilled in food preparation, with perhaps a food background as a chef or cook to order prefered, barista work, till management and ability to problem solve. The ideal candidate will be confident in product knowledge, food safety, allergen training and COSHH. Congratulations to the new center manager!

NEW CENTRE MANAGER! 🎉

We're pleased to share that Lee Oliver is now the Centre Manager at Evesham Leisure Centre!

Lee has worked with us for almost 30 years, starting as a lifeguard in 1996 and working his way through just about every role, from teaching and reception duty manager and even a short stint as centre manager back in 2009.

He recently completed a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management and brings a huge amount of experience and knowledge to this role. Lee knows the centre inside and out and is passionate about providing a great service for our members and the wider community.

Congratulations Lee! 🙌😄
