ON A COACH TRIP? Make sure it’s booked in!
Today we have seen 2 coaches pull up to visit the Woolpack and both sadly declined as they have not pre booked in with us.
As much as we would like to accept coaches on the spot our local residents & customers ALWAYS come first as well as the coaches that take the time to work with us. Today’s coach companies have previously been informed and still decide to damage a business.
So if you do arrive on a coach, and wonder why you have been refused, instead of being rude & undermining our team, wether we are quite or busy, simply speak to your coach company as all information can be found on our website.
Unfortunately most would rather work for themselves and sell you a false promise than work together. TBH I’d also ask for a refund 😃
To staff a bar is not an easy feat and is very costly in today’s climate to hazard a guess on wether we will be hit by coaches or not is no longer an option as I’ve lost my crystal ball which means it can be very damaging to our business because your tour guide had no courtesy to ask if we could manage.
TO THE COACH COMPANIES…WHY BOOK?
By booking we can ensure we are staffed correctly and give YOUR customers the trip they deserve. We don’t tolerate abusive behaviour towards staff because you can’t do your job and at the end of the day you still get paid and we are left with the collateral damage.
That been said…. We are fully booked this year in our coach diary! ❤️
