New Imperial stout on the keg line from Bottle Logic Brewing. First time pouring a Bottle Logic b**r for us and a proper corker!

Space Trace 2026
Barrel Aged Coconut Stout 13.7% ABV

Originally first explored back in 2016, this Stasis release quickly became a fan favorite. Not just for its massive coconut character, but for those unmistakable “coconut floaties” that turned into a badge of honor.

This year’s release doubles down on that legacy. A 13.7% ABV bourbon barrel-aged stout built on a rich, complex base, then loaded with over 600 pounds of coconut.

On the nose, it’s all toasted coconut, dark chocolate, and bourbon warmth. The palate follows with waves of coconut cream, bittersweet cacao, and a deep, velvety stout backbone, all wrapped in a smooth barrel character. It’s bold, indulgent, and still beautifully balanced.

Cracking Fudge, miserable bar man.

This week we've popped to the Drayman's Son Micropub to collect some very special Oliver's C***r to make our Spiced Apple C***r Fudge! Unfortunately I was greeted by this grumpy fellow, who suggested my jug of C***r looked like a 'sample'... 🤣🤣 So of course, I had to get evidence of his grumpiness and spread it all over our socials! All jokes aside, we love working with other small businesses so thank you to all at the Draymans, and yes, the Spiced Apple C***r Fudge is now available at our shop and will be at our stall all weekend at Ely's Autumn and Orchard Fayre on Palace Green 🍏

This weeks limited 5th cask b**r is "Optimisation Stratergy" from our pals Ampersand Brew Co. A Sessionable NEIPA (code name for hazy b**r). Will be going on Thursday 8th.

**Do not fear hazy b**rs will not be invading the cask offerings every week!** 😈

**Attention Cask Masters**

We are going to Trail putting an extra pin on gravity every Thursday.

What does this mean?... We will have a smaller sized cask conditioned b**r being put on every Thursday being poured directly from the Cask. It will normally be an interesting b**r, stronger or unusual in style or something risky like one of them evil hazy b**rs. We maybe slightly limited to localish brewerys that supply pins but thankfully there's a few of them!

To kick things off, we have Mighty Oak Brewing Company "sessionable" Saxon Strong. A 6.5% Tawny winter ale. A lovely drop. 🍻
