👩‍🍳We've been quiet on here while hiring a fantastic new leadership team and planning our refit.

🛠️Now we can reveal big new ambitions, with building work and menu planning already well under way. Exciting times!

🔜 As this is far more than a simple refresh, it's taking a little longer than we initially envisaged. We're also dependent on contractor availability and delivery schedules, so we're not quite ready to set a re-opening date yet.

🙏Thank you for your continued patience. We think you'll love what's coming, and can't wait to share more detailed plans for re-opening as soon as we can. Watch this space!

The Reserve itself remains open every day meanwhile.

🔜🔜We've got exciting plans to make our much-loved Kingfisher Cafe even better for you!

🏃‍♂️🏃🏼🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️We're OPEN this Sunday, 19 April, to support the Reserve's 5km Spring Run and then closing again for a big REFIT over the next few weeks.

🎉 UPDATE: We will be RE-OPENING on Friday 17 April, woohoo!!

👨‍🍳 More details of opening times, offerings, etc., will be coming this way soon, but for now just put the date in your diary with a big red ♥

🏞️ Meanwhile, the Reserve will be open every day over the Easter holiday. Please pay for parking with your phone, and feel free to enjoy of the many picnic spots around the Reserve.

🗓 We're very sorry that we're closed again this weekend, due to staff shortages.

💔 We hate to disappoint our loyal customers and are working hard to re-open as soon as possible.

With sincere apologies for the very short notice, we will be CLOSED tomorrow, Sunday 22 February, due to technical problems beyond our control.

Kingfishers Bridge Nature Reserve will be open as usual, but with no access to the loos in the Visitor Centre. We are so sorry!
