Craig was delighted to attend the Scottish Traditional Boat Festival at the weekend to do a cookery demonstration with Hamlyns Scottish Porridge Oats and Oatmeal. Using his grandmother’s fail safe scone recipe, Craig made oat, chia seed and honey summer berry chantilly scones.

Craig is on his travels doing a cookery demonstration today at the Scottish Traditional Boat Festival.

Head to the Cookery Demonstration Theatre, sponsored by Hamlyns Scottish Porridge Oats and Oatmeal at 1.15 to see Craig prepare Smashed Aberdeen Angus burger with sunflower, oat and chilli flatbreads. There will be an added extra hangover cure after the score last night of a Glenglassaugh red onion relish!

For those with a sweet tooth, he will also be making Honey, oat and chia seed summer berry chantilly scones.
