💚 WHAT HAPPENS TO THE VEGGIES WE DON’T SELL? 🤔
Many of you have asked me what I do with the vegetables that don’t get sold, so today I’m going to share a little secret from behind the scenes at Freshmere Green Grocery & Juice Bar! 😉

Unfortunately, like every small business, we have good days and bad days. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, some fresh produce doesn’t sell in time. And honestly? I HATE WASTE! 💚♻️

That’s one of the reasons I’m not a big fan of supermarkets… but that’s a whole different story for another post! 😂

So, this time, I had some cauliflower and cabbage that were no longer suitable for sale, but were still perfectly good to eat. Instead of throwing them away, I turned them into a delicious, WINTER QUICK SALAD! 😋
Because good food deserves a second chance, and every little effort to reduce food waste matters! 🌍💚
I’m sharing my recipe with you! 😉👇In the comments
