🌟 Happy New Year from BSC 🌟
As we step into 2025, we’ve been reflecting on the year we’ve had. This past year has brought its fair share of challenges—battling rising ingredient costs that seemed to climb every week, not to mention the surge in energy prices. The world of hospitality has been tested like never before.
But here we are, still standing. Through it all, we’ve stayed true to what we believe in: offering true specialty coffee, made with care, and building a space where people feel at home.
Speaking of home, we couldn’t be prouder of our small team. We’ve laughed together, bickered like family, and supported each other like one too. It’s their hard work and dedication that have made everything possible.
And to every one of you who has supported us and chosen to make us a part of your day we’d like to say a huge ‘thank you’. Your support and loyalty mean the world to us and have kept us going. Whether you’ve stopped by for a quick coffee, stayed for a chat, or shared a kind word, you’ve made all the difference.
Here’s to 2025 and everything it may throw at us. We’ll face it together, with resilience, great coffee and a community that feels like family.
