Our take on Arrabiatta sauce..... bit of fresh chilli, touch of garlic, peppers.... all gently coloured with extra virgin olive oil then slowely reduced with plum tomatoes, blended to thick consistency, tossed with penne, optional parmesan.
Simple but tasty!
