'Babies and Bumps Cafe’ will provide parents, young babies and toddlers an environment where they can eat and drink whilst feeling at ease and relaxed in a specially designed venue. This venue will cater to the needs of pregnant couples, new parents and their babies up until the age of around 18 months but we welcome children of all ages. The coffee will be great and the food menu is designed to
both allow you to indulge but also the opportunity to be healthy. The babies will be looked after by their parent or carer throughout their stay in the café and not left alone. Every aspect of the café caters for babies to toddlers but also pregnant women, parents and carers including; areas for babies who are awake and wanting to explore their environment through open safe spaces, a large Japanese day bed for lounging with your baby, play pods to contain your baby in a safe environment whilst you indulge in some food and drinks and also toys which are specifically catered to the differing ages and stages of your babies earliest years. The venue as a whole will bring expecting and new parents together in an environment tailored to their babies needs. This will be done through specially adapted spaces, innovative classes and a relaxed environment. The venue will be breastfeeding friendly, encourage group parent interaction but also an environment in which new parents can feel totally relaxed. There is a large baby changing area, which is another communal space - promoting interaction between new parents.
