A Cullen Skink like no other, made with the finest smoked haddock from Edinburgh’s family fishmongers, Welch Fishmongers, established in 1959.

A traditional Peterhead smoked haddock dish with potato and leek, finished with Graham’s Family Dairy double cream and served with homemade thyme and Mull of Kintyre cheddar soda bread.

Beneath the National, our herb garden is flourishing. You will see our beautiful mint across our tables in the restaurant.

Alongside this, produce from the Contini Kitchen Garden is carefully grown and harvested for our seasonal menus, bringing fresh, local ingredients straight from garden to plate.

Growing and using our own herbs and produce is part of our commitment to greener tourism and more sustainable dining. By reducing food miles, celebrating seasonal ingredients and making the most of what we grow ourselves, we’re creating dishes that are full of flavour and kinder to the environment too.
