Not long now until we welcome Sebastian Skillings Sebastian to Barry Fish - on Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th October Sebastian and Barry Bryson will cook this collaborative menu together open pass and be around to have a chat to afterwards if you wish. Booking arrival times are staggered, this is not a one-sitting communal supper club style menu and your table is yours for the evening, we will also offer a full w**e and cocktail service alongside the set menu which is priced at £67 per person. You can book online for the remaining tables up until Monday 12th. This is Sebastian’s very first time cooking in Scotland and its going to be special!

Our very special wee restaurant has a very special opportunity for a new restaurant manager. Our wonderful Manon is leaving for pastures new and as such we are looking for a talented individual to replace her. The role requires an experienced, high end hospitality professional with supervisory or junior management experience and good administrative skills but most importantly a passion for excellence and formidable Service skills, Barry Fish is full pretty much every night so this is very much a hands-on management role however we are only open for 5 Services a week so plenty of time to make it extra special . The restaurant has set days off for all the team, the role is working approximately 44 hours per week from 2pm until close each Tuesday-Saturday . It’s a great salary and great tronc on top.
