Our very special wee restaurant has a very special opportunity for a new restaurant manager. Our wonderful Manon is leaving for pastures new and as such we are looking for a talented individual to replace her. The role requires an experienced, high end hospitality professional with supervisory or junior management experience and good administrative skills but most importantly a passion for excellence and formidable Service skills, Barry Fish is full pretty much every night so this is very much a hands-on management role however we are only open for 5 Services a week so plenty of time to make it extra special . The restaurant has set days off for all the team, the role is working approximately 44 hours per week from 2pm until close each Tuesday-Saturday . It’s a great salary and great tronc on top.
