From Italy to Edinburgh 🇮🇹🍕

At Pronto, our mission is simple: make the best pizza in Edinburgh. And that means never settling for second best.

With our brand-new menu launching next month (SO excited 👀), we headed back to our home region of Italy for a little pizza research trip.

We wanted to see what the best pizzaioli are doing with their dough, discover new toppings, meet amazing producers and suppliers, and most importantly… eat A LOT of pizza. 🍕😏

It was an incredible trip, packed with inspiration that will help shape our new menu — while keeping our promise to never cut corners when it comes to authenticity.

This weekend, our very own Michael is swapping pizza for running shoes as he takes on the Edinburgh Half Marathon! 💪

And because we know just how much effort goes into getting that medal, we want to celebrate ALL the amazing runners taking part.
