Start with our Haggis Cannonballs, served with pickled turnip and Glengoyne 12 cream.

For your main, Lamb rump with garlic and anchovy cream, rösti potato and kitchen garden greens.

We have a special treat for you 🥂

This weekend, St Giles’ Cathedral will host the RHASS Harvest Fundraising Concert, featuring Sing in the City AW Blacks Choir, on Saturday 3rd October at 7.30pm.

Carina is delighted to be supporting the Royal Highland Agricultural Society of Scotland as part of this year’s President’s Initiative, and this special concert is one of the first events taking place.

Net proceeds from the evening will support RHET (The Royal Highland Education Trust) and SAYFC (the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs) as part of this year’s Presidential Initiative fundraising.

Tickets are still available, so if you’re planning to attend, why not make an evening of it?

Our roasted Kitchen Garden pumpkin velouté is finished with chilli and coriander oil and Katy Rodger’s crème fraîche.

Made with pumpkin grown in our own Kitchen Garden, it’s one of the new additions to our autumn menu.
