Your first three bites trace a path celebrating the landscapes and traditions that shape our menu.

Begin in the fishing village of Cullen in Northeast Scotland with a nod to its famous Cullen Skink, before travelling down the east coast to Anstruther, where we source our mackerel. The journey concludes in Edinburgh with our Pentland beef and cep tart.
