What a first weekend at Fringe by the Sea! 🌮☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, queued for tacos, shared a smile, and supported our small family business. Every order means the world to us. 💙

If you haven’t made it down yet, there’s still plenty of time! We’ll be serving fresh, authentic Mexican food every day until Sunday, 12pm–10pm at the festival village in North Berwick.

Expect handmade corn tacos, handmade tamales, aguas frescas, Jarritos, and the warmest Mexican welcome.

Edinburgh Fringe, we’re here. 🌮🇲🇽

From Wednesday 5th August, you’ll find El Dorado Taqueria at Bar Bados in The Meadows, serving authentic Mexican street food throughout the Edinburgh Fringe.

Inspired by family recipes from Michoacán, every dish is prepared fresh to order using authentic Mexican ingredients, locally sourced Scottish produce, and 100% corn tortillas that are naturally gluten-free.

Whether you’re on your way to a show, spending the day in The Meadows, or simply craving proper Mexican food, come and say hola.

We can’t believe Bishopbriggs Market returns back this Saturday 25th July - only ONE DAY to go!!

Market begins at 10:00 and finishes at 15:00. Make sure you get down early to avoid disappointment as most food vendors sold out very quickly last time!

If you are going to struggle to get down sharp then please message the vendors directly to potentially put a pre-order in 📧!

Remember hot food is situated at the opposite side of the library this time!

We have our local Mad for Dough vendor serving up delicious homemade pizzas. He has brought a limited amount of sourdough. Expect to see an expanded menu this time! 🍕

We also have El Dorado Taqueria joining us for the first time serving delicious homemade Mexican food such as tacos, nachos and much more! Come and try the finest taste of Mexico 🇲🇽 

We can’t wait to bring to you an excellent market experience. Make sure to grab a dirty soda or a coffee from Rogue Coffee Bean before browsing through the stalls! 🛍️
