2025 Cristatus White - Pinoso, Alicante, Spain: Macabeo and Airén varieties. Light and fragrant, recalling white flowers, peach, and citrus fruits.
2025 Vila Nova Vinho Verde - Sousa, DOC Vinho Verde, Portugal: Loueiro, Avesso, and Arinto varieties. Floral aromas, sherbet lemon acidity, a touch of mango, and a bright mineral finish.
2025 Ormarine 'Duc de Morny' Picpoul de Pinet - AOP Picpoul de Pinet, Languedoc, France: Fresh on the palate with ripe peach and pear. Offers a slightly salty edge and fantastic minerality. Great alternative to sauvignon blanc.
2024 Pinot Grigio delle Venezie - Veneto, Italy: Straw yellow, brassy colour. Dry, well-balanced, and fruity with a refreshing green apple and citrus notes.
2024 Mandrarossa Viognier - Menfi, Sicily, Italy: Ripe fruits including loquat, yellow peach and apricot. Full and opulent texture. Notes of bitter almond on the finish.
2023 Icare Chardonnay - Côtes de Thongue, Pays d'Oc, France: Aged in oak barrels. Recalls spicy ginger cream, hazelnuts and baked citrus. Smooth, buttery, creamy texture and finish.
