The Garden Bistro is set in the beautiful surroundings of Saughton Park Walled Garden The Garden Bistro is the perfect setting for weddings and private events.

Set within 34-acres of beautiful parkland and home to the oldest bandstand in Scotland, our bistro is one of the newest editions to Edinburgh's vibrant wedding and events scene. From small intimate weddings to large marquee celebrations, there are options for every size and budget. We have a variety of both indoor and outdoor spaces. It is with great sadness that we have had to close The Garden Bistro .
We tried everything we possibly could to keep the business trading and invested large sums of our own personal money where we could but a combination of factors including the cost of living crisis, the aftermath of the pandemic and the massive increase in cost of sales means we just cannot stretch any further.
We have taken advice and explored as many options as we could but ultimately, we have no choice.
We thank all of our hard working staff & loyal customers over the past 3 years & hope that Saughton park will find a suitable new operator as quickly as possible.

Look at those greens💚
So much of our vegetables and herbs come from The Royal Caledonian Horticultural Society - The Caley garden. This reduces food miles by a huge amount, as well as wastage, so that we can stay environmentally conscious whilst still providing gorgeous, fresh meals.
