Our quiz is packed as is our dining room and whilst we enjoy these nights, this particular night has us feeling a wee bit melancholy.
Our Gemma leaves tonight for an exciting new career chapter.

We'll miss her energy, her excitement for anything hospitality and her unique let's make this work attitude.

She leaves our fab team highly trained and confident about all future services, but with a warm warning etched on the office wall, that reads, "make every service better than the last, or I'll be back!"
