From humble beginnings, it all started with a dream, to make really a really good sandwich. It's exciting to us that something as simple as a sandwich can deliver on such incredible flavour and textures and is completely accessible to everyone! Whilst travelling Vietnam it's hard not to be struck by the sheer volume of diversity and vibrancy of the cuisine from street food vendors to high end rest

aurants. This continues to inspire us today; we have a passion for authentic flavours and traditional practice but are also not scared to steer away from tradition to experiment with different ingredients and textures. Thoughtful sourcing is at the heart of what we do, our sandwiches provide a fusion of fresh local produce without taking away from the all-important flavour points. In everything we do we're also motivated to reduce our environmental impact; we source only compostable packaging from ethical sources and ensure transported to a commercial composter to decompose. And with our made to order policy we reduce food waste as much as possible. We have introduced a 'five cup buy back' whereby a customer will receive a coffee on the house in exchange for five used compostable coffee cups (from any establishment) we'll then ensure full decomposition of the used cups in our commercial composter. So we'll even help you do a good deed for the earth. A combined passion for food and people inspires us to do what we do; we feel lucky to be able to share this with each and every customer we serve.
