We've got a new HOT CHOCOLATE 👀

It's a milk/dark chocolate mix and it's up there as a team favourite.

Good by itself or with toasted marshmallow fluff, it's made with part 55% chocolate and part 33% chocolate, creating the perfect balance of bitter and sweet.

You've got two days to get one before we close for our holidays 🎄

We're looking for a weekend team member to help us on the run up to Christmas 🎄❄️

Shifts are Saturday 1:00pm - 6:30pm and Sunday 1:00pm - 6:30pm.

The role will be largely customer facing and involve taking orders and handing out hot chocolates. It would ideally suit someone with previous experience in a fast paced, customer facing role.

This is a temporary position with the final shift being on Saturday 23rd December but there is potential for shifts during summer if interested.

Please only apply if you're able to work the vast majority of shifts from now until the 23rd December.

This month's soft serve and cookie sandwich is here 🍫

We've got a sesame soft serve which you can get in a cone, cup or as a cookie sandwich that comes with two dark chocolate halva cookies, a salted dark chocolate sauce and toasted sesame seeds.

Available until the end of the month.

It's not on the menu today as I forgot to get a new menu printed but it is available.

HOT CHOCOLATES ARE BACK🔥🍫

It's been a long wait for some but from tomorrow, they are back!

Choose from:

🍫Dark Chocolate (70%)
🍫Dark Chocolate (55%)
🍫Milk Chocolate
🍫Malted Milk Chocolate
🍫Caramelised White Chocolate

Get it topped with either toasted marshmallow fluff (vegetarian friendly) or a scoop of gelato.

We were planning to run a couple of special marshmallow fluff flavours to mark the return of ho chos but as we were shut yesterday, there just hasn't been enough time. We will run them later in the month so keep your eyes peeled 👀

Also after a little deliberation, we have decided not to bring coffees back. We sell on average 2-3 a day, that's including affogatos. When you factor in the time it takes to dial in, clean up, the 1-3 dial in shots that are wasted and then the 1-2 readjustment shots that are wasted, we are making a loss of £1250 a year. The maths isn't mathing. So for the time being, no coffees.

Weekend special 🥐🥹

Flat white soft serve made using espresso, in a buttery croissant, topped with hazelnut butter and caramelised hazelnuts.

We only flavour our coffee gelato/soft serve with espresso which gives the best flavours, hands down. It's just v time consuming, hence why we don't make it too often.

We won't have a cookie sandwich this weekend, it'll just be solo soft serve or the soft serve croissant.

Numbers are limited. We've ordered a fair amount of croissants but we may sell out.

September's cookie sandwich sitch 🍒

A vanilla cheesecake soft serve made with cream cheese, a little sour cream and vanilla pods, in-between two cinnamon brown butter cookies, topped with cherries.

Available until Friday 29th September. We are stopping it a little earlier as we will be running a soft serve special the last weekend in September.

Hot chocolate season has come around sneaky quick.

However, we are going to hold off on bringing our hot chocolates back for a little bit.

We have a v exciting soft serve special planned for the 30th September/1st October with a soft serve flavour that got a heavy mention during our Q&A before the fringe and also a little baked element from .

After that, we will be bringing hot chocolates back and we maaay have a couple of marshmallow fluff flavours lined up for their return.

We're looking for a customer service hero to come and join the team!

It's largely a customer facing role, with a bit of food preparation including making cookies, marshmallow fluff and a variety of gelato additions. Though not essential, bonus points if you have food preparation experience.

We are looking to cover one shift a week, either a Saturday or Sunday 10:30 - 6:30. Extra shifts are available on the run up to Christmas and over summer if interested.

We're celebrating our BIRTHDAY TOMORROW!

The shop was four last week and moo pie will be seven on Saturday, so we are having a little combined birthday celebration tomorrow 🎈

It's very nearly that time of the year 👀

From tomorrow (yes TOMORROW), we will be churning the collab scoop..

🥕CARROT CAKE🥕

A lightly spiced, brown sugar and cream cheese gelato with chunks of carrot cake and candied walnuts.

We are so, so excited to bring back this scoop. We know so many of you LOVE it and have been patiently waiting for it's return.

It will be available EVERY DAY in August. We anticipate demand will be high and since we churn everything fresh, every morning, we may sell out during the day. We will try to post updates to our stories but pop by earlier on to avoid disappointment.

As part of the collab we will be donating 5% of carrot cake scoop sales to the Volunteer Zambia Foundation who support the Zambian community through new building projects, food campaigns and general living and educational resources.

To celebrate the carrot cake scoops return, we are running a little competition with with some serious scoops up for grabs. Keep your eyes peeled later.
