Dubai-based cocktail maestro Jimmy Barrat is taking over the BABA bar for one night only, and trust us, you’re going to want a front-row seat.

From Zuma Dubai to creating the now-iconic Tomatini at 𝐋𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 🌍, Jimmy knows a thing or two about what makes a great cocktail.

For one night only, Jimmy’s bringing his magic to BABA bar.

We’ve officially landed at number #27 in The Times and Sunday Times’ Top 75 Restaurants in Scotland, and we’re feeling pretty good about it.

Almost ten years of big flavours and absolutely no such thing as a quiet dinner. Not bad, eh?

Big love to our partners at Scoop and and our ridiculously talented team, led by Thomas Greer, Executive Chef Jiri Koutny, Restaurant Manager Sabrina Donati and F&B Lead Monika Lukaszyk. The people making the magic happen, day in, day out!

And to everyone who’s ever pulled up a chair, ordered the cauliflower fritters and the slow-cooked lamb, stayed for another cocktail or brought their favourite people back for round two - you’re our kind of people!
