-Milk and cookies: chocolate chip sponge topped with vanilla buttercream, chocolate chips, mini cookies and a pipette of gold top milk
-Banana, caramel and brown butter: banana sponge filled with caramel, topped with brown butter buttercream, more caramel, banana chip with edible gold leaf
-Chocolate hazelnut Nutella: chocolate hazelnut sponge filled with Nutella, topped with Nutella buttercream, more Nutella, chopped hazelnut and a chocolate curl
-Passion fruit, yuzu and white chocolate: vanilla sponge filled with passion fruit and yuzu creme, topped with white chocolate buttercream, more passion fruit and yuzu creme, passion fruit crunch and edible flowers
