Tony Singh MBE is back by popular demand and will be hosting two exclusive ticket-only events at Dine Cambridge Street on Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 June 2026.

Guests will enjoy an evening of his famed home cooking, with menus influenced by Tony’s love of Scotland’s larder, his travels and Punjab heritage.

This ticket-only event starts at 7pm with a meet and greet by Tony before dinner commences at 7.30pm when guests will be treated to a four-course meal.

Between courses there will be a gastronomic Q&A where guests will also be invited to ask questions, and throughout the night Tony will chat to guests about growing up in Edinburgh and his love of food.

The event finishes at 10.30pm with exclusive cocktails available until 11pm.

On Tuesday 28 April, we host the thirteenth in our Meet the Maker series. Join us for the second Meet the Maker event of 2026 as we welcome Rui Santil.

We are delighted to host one of the most acclaimed Portuguese wine connoisseurs for a very special evening. If you have a passion for Portuguese wines, this is an event not to be missed.

Rui Santil is a respected Portuguese wine specialist and brand ambassador based in the UK, holding the prestigious DipWSET qualification. Working with Liberty Wines, he leads tastings that explore Portugal’s diverse wine regions, showcasing both renowned producers and boutique wineries, while highlighting native grape varieties and modern winemaking techniques.

Rui’s passion for Portuguese wines is truly inspiring. During this unique event, he will share insights, stories, and anecdotes from some of Portugal’s most celebrated wineries. Rui will guide us through an unforgettable tasting of exceptional wines, from the Douro Valley to the Dão region, illustrating the richness, diversity, and unique character of Portugal’s indigenous grapes and vinification methods.

The evening begins at 7pm with an aperitif, followed by a four-course gourmet menu created by our Head Chef, Jamie Cochrane, and his talented kitchen team - each dish carefully paired to complement the exquisite wines.
