Join our next intake of "Small Steps," a supportive group specifically for anxious young people (ages 11-15), who find it hard to attend school.

How We Help:

We focus on safety first. We move away from the pressure of the classroom and use structured group work to help your child:

1. Reduce Isolation: They meet peers who truly understand what it feels like.

2. Build Reslience: We teach practical, grounding tools in a low-stakes, safe environment.

3. Restore Confidence: Using graded exposure, we help them take small, manageable steps back towards social engagement.

You don't have to carry this load alone. Together we can build a bridge back to school or your alternative educational provision.
