Back open tomorrow at our new unit, just 5 minutes along the road. We hope to be open by 9am but bare with us if we are running a few minutes behind. I’m sure there will be some teething issues!

Our old unit will now just be for baking and our new unit will be for sit in and takeaway. It will be business as usual for now but we hope to add more to the space inc extra seating, run clubs and more!

We have started moving everything over to the new cafe 50m up the road so need a day to get everything sorted 😅 we will be at 12-14 Edinburgh Road

When we reopen on Thursday this is where we will be. Will update more tomorrow if any issues.

We are now hiring more bakers and FOH. As we near the summer, we have some exciting new plans and need to even more people to join the team!

FT/PT - Bakers
I’m lease add which role you are applying for in your subject heading. We have already started some trials and interviews from people reaching out on our stories so please apply quickly if you’re interested.

Bakers - A little more info

Experience is preferable but if you are hard working and motivated then we are more than happy to invest in you.
We are more interested in the right person for our team.
You must be available at weekends and able to get to the unit for 6am. This is not a short term role, we are looking for someone who wants to build with us.

We work 10 hour days 4 days a week. We have a great structure for internal promotion and want someone who is looking to make this a career. I believe we are a great place to work but we do have a particular way of working and expect the successful candidate to be someone who wants to continuously improve with the business.

Bottom Line for all roles - If you’re hard working and looking to learn, that’s all we are interested in.
