Something ends and hopefully something begins.
I have said goodbye to Peggy today, she’s gone to a new, better home and I’ve heard she’s going to be painted in pink! It’s her favourite colour….

Dear Customers,

Thank you so much for your continuous support over last few months. We enjoyed serving you delicious coffee, cakes and toasties at our permanent location in Evergreen, Banstead.

Me & the team are taking a few weeks off to spend some quality time with our families. I’m going to spend a few weeks in Poland with my auntie Ania, who recently finished her cancer treatment💪🏻. She’s also part of Peggy’s journey and I miss her very much.

We hope to see you again in August! Enjoy your summer ☀️

Happy first birthday to Peggy the Horse Box! Exactly one year ago I decided to make my dream of running my own “cafe” to come true…

I named my business Ninka, for our daughter. I want her to be inspired for the future, to be brave and chase her dreams…

I’ve learnt a lot. It has been a life lesson. It hasn’t been easy! Lots of sweat and tears! But was it worth it? Yes! Definitely. One day I’ll be telling my grandchildren that I was cool 😎 😜 (they will probably think by then that this isn’t cool at all but I’ll take my chances!)

Who is this smily lady behind Peggy’s counter you wonder…meet Margaret!
Margaret is my mum and Ninka’s grandmother. She’s been serving you delicious toasties, cakes and hot drinks a few days a week!

I’m really proud of her and lucky to have her in my life as mum and a team member! She can be bossy sometimes 😉 but she can make a decent cup of coffee and will always great you with smile! ❤️
