Last chance for some of our favourites from the last couple of months…

Was supposed to be already out by now, but, life got in the way a bit ya know? Also, busting my knee thinking I’m 21 again running around a dodgy footy pitch threw me off. I think I’ve successfully whinged to everyone about it now, but let me know if you want to hear the story a second time. That’s fine, no worries.

Anyways, weekend has landed. Hope you’ve got lots planned, or nothing planned. Do what you want I say.

Pie ponderings…

Without wanting to cause too much of a palaver over pastry…

For me, a pot pie is quite sufficient pastry for a pie. I’m not that into a fully enclosed pastry if I’m honest. I’d rather have more filling less pastry.

I know we’ll get the pie police piping up… “ITS NOT A PROPER PIE!!” I’ve even known people get genuinely angry about it before, actual full-on anger. Lol.

What are your thoughts? And you can’t write it’s not a proper pie, that’s a ridiculous argument to make and I’m not having it!
