Comments like this really do upset me as I put all my effort into caring for all our cats.

So thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry that your visit did not meet expectations on this occasion.

We take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for both our customers and our cats, which is why cleaning is carried out daily. Our three closed days each week are specifically to give the cats some quiet time to rest and recharge, as their wellbeing will always be our top priority.

I do remember your visit, and unfortunately on that particular morning we experienced an unexpected issue within the cafe that required immediate attention. Our focus at the time was to resolve this as quickly as possible so we could open safely and properly. I apologise that this was not communicated on our social media, it was an unforeseen situation and updating on our socials was not possible at that time.

We always aim to provide the best experience we can, and situations like this are very rare. While I completely understand your frustration, I would kindly ask that feedback takes into account that unexpected circumstances can and do arise behind the scenes.

Hello to all our lovely customers—and hopefully some new faces too 🐾💕

We’re excited to let you know that we are beginning a small trial welcoming children aged 3+ to enjoy time with our rescue kitties.

✨ This trial will run on Thursdays & Fridays only ✨

Pre-booking is required, so please book your visit online via “Charlie’s Cat Café” to reserve your spot.

Please note: our website is not yet updated and still states ages 6+, but for this trial we are welcoming children aged 3+ on Thursdays and Fridays only.

All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

We can’t wait to welcome you all 💕
