Chef Liam nights are getting busier and busier, and we’re absolutely loving the support you’ve all been showing.
This week’s special is the Duo of Lamb – roast rack of lamb, slow-braised lamb breast, olive tapenade, Mediterranean vegetable medley and chimichurri.
And honestly? As good as this picture looks, it still doesn’t do the flavour justice. This is one of those dishes you have to try for yourself.
