A lot of you saw this and I'm grateful for you that did ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Dear Chefs,
You might feel like the world doesn’t quite get you—and that’s okay. Most people don’t understand why anyone would willingly choose this life: the relentless hours, the physical toll, the pressure of perfection, day in and day out.
But you do. You chose it because there’s something in you that needs to create. To serve. To push beyond limits. To be part of something bigger than yourself.
The kitchen isn’t just a workplace—it’s a battleground, a classroom, a second home. You’ve stood there, drenched in sweat, legs aching, heart racing, and still managed to pull off miracles one plate at a time. You've burnt, bled, and broken—but never stopped showing up. That takes something special.
People see the final dish. They don’t see the 14-hour days. The weekends missed. The sacrifices made. But you keep going, not for applause, but because it’s in your blood.
There’s beauty in what you do. There’s purpose. And even on the days when it feels like no one notices—you’re making a difference. Every dish you serve, every young cook you teach, every standard you hold—it matters.
This world can be isolating. But you’re not alone. At The Chef’s Circle, we’ve built a space for chefs like you—a place to share, connect, and be reminded that your work means something. That you mean something. We will be sharing more of your dishes, stories and questions. Comment below and start sharing.
Keep going. Keep pushing. Keep cooking with heart.
