Join us on Saturday 27th June from 1pm–3pm for a beautiful afternoon of healing, reflection, and renewal as we honour the energy of the Summer Solstice.

This special experience will be led by myself and Ciara and combines Reiki healing, crystal sound healing, and guided journaling to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the abundance and possibilities of the season ahead.

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a powerful reminder to celebrate your growth, release what no longer serves you, and set intentions for the months to come.

10 minutes of reiki for £10 ✨✨✨

We are so thrilled to host our very first Reiki taster sessions this week! One pertect opportunity to try Reiki for the first time or if you just fancy a 10 minute reset.
Reiki works by gently guiding the body into a state of deep rest where its natural healing responses can switch on.

Practitioners place their hands lightly on or just above the body, allowing universal life energy to flow where it's needed. In this relaxed state, the nervous system softens, tension releases, and the body moves back toward balance.
This service is offered on a walk-in basis, with no appointment needed. There's nothing you need to bring simply come as you are and our practitioners will take care of the rest.
