We’re excited to share some big news from our kitchen.

A new era of fresh flavours is on the way and it starts with welcoming our new Head Chef, Craig. Craig brings over 10 years of experience leading kitchens and crafting high‑quality, seasonal dishes.

Next week, he’ll be working closely with me to source the best local ingredients and build a brand‑new menu we can’t wait for you to try.

As we prepare for this change, we’ll be running down current stock, so a few dishes may be unavailable over the next two weeks. We’ll keep this disruption to a minimum and appreciate your understanding while we make room for something special.

Stay tuned — updates will be shared as the new menu comes together.
