This week is…. Double quiz! Normal quiz tomorrow doors open 6:30pm for a 7:30pm start.

Rotary quiz Thursday be ready for 7:30pm - this is a whole pub team up against other pubs with money going to charity. Come down and join our team… the more the merrier!

Voodoo Haze are back this October - Saturday 10th from 8pm and we can’t wait as I know a lot of you can’t either! Tickets £3 available now at the bar and online from the pb store now (link below).

But before that we have quiz next Wednesday from 7:30pm doors open 6:30pm…

And Oktoberfest… what fun we had! We are going to keep the b**rs on (we ordered a lot 😆) for the entire official Oktoberfest period so you’ve got another week or two to sample them if you haven’t already along with our Oktoberfest pizza special 🍕

We’re in it! Once again we are proud to be in the CAMRA good b**r guide 2027!

Speaking of good b**r our Oktoberfest has begun!

Tonight we have pizzas 🍕 on with an Oktoberfest special available

Tomorrow and Saturday we have various bratwurst/currywurst and chips, schnitzel and chips with all the usually Bavarian accompaniments.

Sunday we will just have snacks but will have warm pretzels too.

The first speaks for itself the second, if you hire a stein (£5 deposit) and get it filled (price varies), the bell will go and you will be timed to see how long you can keep your arm straight without dropping it - you get entered for every fill, longest time wins by 8:30pm.

Both competition winners win a free stein fill of their choosing!

Then we are open Sunday 2-6pm and will have live music with Elio Videtta from 4pm!
