🇧🇷 Meet the Rio Durham Team 🇧🇷
Nori, Grill Supervisor
Nori has been part of the Rio family since 2021. As the Grill Supervisor he oversees everything that happens on the grill, from skewering and cooking the meats to carving tableside for our guests.
He also focuses on making sure the pace of service is on point and keeping the grill team motivated.
Nori finds the tableside carving the best part of his job. The rhythm of the service, reading each guest's preferences, getting the slice thickness just right, and making sure everyone gets exactly what they want.
Outside of Rio you can find Nori experimenting with new recipes, hitting the gym and enjoying motorsport.
Favourite Meat: Picanha cooked rare
Favourite Salad Bar item: King Prawns
Fun Fact: He once fell asleep on the Barcelona metro, waking up to a cleaner finding him at the end of the line. Safe to say he takes his rest days very seriously now!
